Job Types

General Manager

Restaurant General Managers provide overall leadership and direct supervision of operations in an individual Taco Bell unit to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its annual operating goals.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers support Restaurant General Managers and provide additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of store operations.

Shift Manager

Shift Managers are an hourly position that serves to assist salaried management in routine administrative and operational task within the restaurant.

Crew Member

Crew members are the heart of operations at Taco Bell directly handling order fulfillment, menu item preparation, and customer service.

Compensation

R2 Restaurants offers salaries that are significantly higher than most local quick-service competitors. We also provide quarterly performance bonuses for qualified salaried managers. And we link our unique bonus program to sales volume. So, as you grow sales at your restaurant, or, move up to a higher volume restaurant, your bonus opportunity grows with you! Add a salary and bonus together, and your earnings opportunity could be significant! Many of our general managers earn $60,000 to $70,000 per year – more when you include the value of our excellent benefits packages and earned bonus income.
